Day 17 – Leg It

As I sit here typing I have a pretty mega bruise on my knee that I am
quite proud of. Ah the joys of leg hooping.

One of the biggest obstacles for many hoopers is knee hooping and leg hooping, so I am going to let the experts show you how it’s done.
