Day 24 – Mini Hoops Mega Arms

One of Mikori’s Hoop Boot Camp goals was to master twins. As we sat in a restaurant on Saturday night after the kid’s show we performed we admired our twin hooping arm muscles. Want sleek, toned arms? Grab the twins and away you go!

Want strength and flow beyond the beyond? Down size!

Minis or zoom hoops as they are sometimes referred to take some time and patience but there are a speedy little challenge that with take your hooping to new levels.

Action of the day:
Start off with some isolations. Challenge yourself by practicing in both directions.
