Justin Berti, the Yoga Terminator, is one of the most energetically generous beings I know. An absolute joy to collaborate with, I feel blessed to work side by side at FAB Dance Academy and even more showered with joy when I get to attend his motivating and full body stimulating classes.
And then he goes ahead and does this…knowing all too well what this does to a hoop girl!

Wow!!! Holy shit!!! Wasn’t expecting this one! Fantastic!! Guess what, I used hoops in class today, while listening to “Ghostbusters!” You have to love 80′s week! Can’t wait to see you on Saturday!!!
